*UPDATE #2 Victim Identified* Troopers Investigating Fatal Pedestrian Crash – New Castle

New Castle – The Delaware State Police have identified 37 year old, Leroy E. Lynch 3rd of Wilmington, as the pedestrian who was struck and killed in a crash that occurred at approximately 6:44 a.m., Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at the intersection of New Castle Avenue (Rt. 9) and Ryan Avenue, New Castle.
