Millsboro– The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the driver who died in a crash on October 10, 2019 on Daisey Road, as 61-year-old Penny G. Lewis, of Frankford, DE.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
