Millville-  The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the passenger who was killed in a vehicle crash on May 22, 2019 on Roxana Road (SR 17) north of Powell Farm Road as 81-year-old Sallie Anne Ziff of New Hope, PA.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
