Millsboro- The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the individual who was killed in a crash on Saturday, November 3, 2018 on Mount Joy Road (CR297) just north of Cordrey Road (CR 308) as 32-year-old  Kristin F. Fell of Millsboro.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
