Lewes- The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the individual who was killed in a crash on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at approximately 6:38 p.m., on John J. Williams Highway (SR 24) approaching the entrance of the Peddler’s Village Shopping Center as 28-year-old Christopher F. Keech of Georgetown..

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
