Lewes – The Delaware State Police are currently on scene of a serious crash involving a motorcycle that occurred at approximately 6:39 p.m., Tuesday, October 23, 2018 on John J. Williams Highway (SR 24).   As a result of this crash John J. Williams Highway at Harts Road is closed.
