Georgetown – The Delaware State Police have identified Thomas D. Clarke, 63, of Georgetown as the operator of a Chevrolet pickup truck that was killed in the crash that occurred at approximately 2:46 p.m., Saturday, July 21, 2018 on W. Piney Grove Rd., south of E. Trap Pond Rd., Georgetown.
