Bank Robbery Suspect Arrested After Violating Court Order

Wilmington (19808) – Delaware State Police have arrested Donald L. Robb, 40, of Oxford Pennsylvania, for violation of a court order related to a recent bank robbery.

Robb was arrested on Friday, November 10, 2017, for his involvement in the robbery of the Bank of America, located at 2074 Limestone Road, Wilmington. Robb was taken into custody by Troopers while in the parking lot of Delaware Park Casino. As part of his bail agreement Robb was to stay off Delaware Park property.

At approximately 11:00 a.m., on Monday, November 13, 2017, Robb was observed and positively identified as a banned subject by Delaware Park security officers. Agents from the Division of Gaming Enforcement were alerted and took Robb into custody without incident.

Robb was transported to Delaware State Police Troop 2 where he was arrested and charged with felony Breach of Release. He was then committed to Henry R. Young Correctional Institution in lieu of $2000.00 secured bond.
