**Update #3 – Operator Succumbs to Injuries** Troopers Investigating Fatal Crash On Otts Chapel Rd.- Newark

Newark – Howard V. Brinn, 93 of Newark, who was the operator of the Toyota Camry involved in the crash which occurred at approximately 7:39 a.m., Tuesday, October 24, 2017 on Otts Chapel Rd. over top of I-95 in Newark, died today, Friday October 27, 2017, as a result of his injuries.

The Collision Reconstruction Unit is continuing their investigation into this incident.
