Newark – The Delaware State Police have identified the man who was killed in a crash which occurred at approximately 7:39 a.m., Tuesday, October 24, 2017 on Otts Chapel Rd. over top of I-95 in Newark, as Thomas Breslin, 51, of Port Deposit, Maryland.
The investigation is ongoing and no charges have been filed at this time. Further details will be released as they become available.
