Bridgeville- The Delaware State Police remain on scene of a serious motor vehicle crash involving an overturned fuel truck that occurred at approximately 10:54 a.m., on southbound Sussex Highway (Rt. 13) in the area of Redden Road, Bridgeville.

The overturned fuel truck has leaked diesel fuel on the roadway.  Hazmat crews are currently on scene and southbound Rt. 13 in the area of Redden Road remains closed at this time.  Motorists are advised to use caution and seek alternate routes of travel.

There has been no evacuations in the surrounding area at this time.
