*Update Name Released* Troopers Investigating Fatal Crash Involving Pedestrian- Bear

Bear- The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the pedestrian who died in a crash on September 24, 2019 on Pulaski Highway (US RT 40), east of Holly Avenue, as 49-year-old Tracey Ruebeck of New Castle, DE.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
