New Castle – The Delaware State Police are attempting to identify the pictured subject who fled from a traffic stop, endangering multiple young children who were passengers in his vehicle.
The incident occurred at approximately 6:00 p.m., Thursday, September 5, 2019, on Moores Lane in the area of Midfield Rd. when Troopers stopped a Ford Explorer for a traffic violation. Upon making contact with the driver of the vehicle (pictured), the Troopers observed 2 children in the back seat, who were properly restrained.
