Lewes-  The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the pedestrian who was killed in a crash involving a Freightliner concrete pumper truck on February 19, 2019, as 29-year-old Arturo Roblero-Velasquez of Georgetown, DE.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
