Troopers Asking for Help in Identifying Peeping Tom

Wilmington – The Delaware State Police are investigating an incident in which an unknown suspect videotaped a female victim while she was changing in the fitting room of a north Wilmington clothing store.

The incident occurred at approximately 8:15 p.m., Friday, February 1, 2019 at the H&M store located in the Concord Mall, 4737 Concord Pike. The above pictured suspect held what appeared to be a small camera over the partition of a fitting room stall, adjacent to the stall occupied by the victim. When the victim observed the camera the suspect fled on foot and was last seen exiting the east doors of the mall.

The suspect was described as an Asian male, 25-35 years old, fair complexion, 5’08’’, medium build, clean shaven, wearing glasses.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of the pictured suspect is asked to contact Detective D. Grassi at Troop 2 by calling 302-365-8441.
