Frankford/Millsboro-  The Delaware State Police are seeking the public’s assistance in attempting to locate the pictured suspect who is wanted in connection with numerous thefts from vehicles in the Millsboro and Frankford areas.

Cody J. Burroughs, 23 of Frankford is currently wanted out of Troop 4 for the following charges:

• Identity Theft (Felony)
• Attempted to Commit Theft Under $1500 Where a Victim is 62 years of Age or Older (Felony)
• Conspiracy Third Degree (2 counts)
• Theft Under $1500 (3 counts)
• Attempted to Commit Theft Under $1500 (2 counts)
• Unlawful Use of a Credit Card
• Criminal Mischief
• Criminal Trespass (5 counts)

Troopers have been unable to locate Burroughs.  Anyone with information regarding the location of Burroughs is asked to please contact Troop 4 at 302-856-5850.
