*Traffic Advisory* Vehicle Crash has I-495 Northbound Closed at Terminal Avenue

Wilmington – Delaware State Police are currently on scene of a motor vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 1:37 pm., Wednesday, April 4, 2018, on I-495 northbound in the area of 12th Street. All lanes of I-495 northbound are closed, with all traffic being forced to exit at Terminal Avenue.
