The incident occurred at approximately 7:32 p.m., Thursday, December 21, 2017, at the Happy Gas, located at 50 W. Birdie Lane, Magnolia.

While inside the Happy Gas, the victim, a 24 year old Dover woman, became engaged in a verbal altercation with Shaniqua Saunders, 24, also of Dover. A loaded Ruger LCP 9 mm handgun, was recovered from the scene and positively identified as the weapon possessed by Saunders during the altercation. None of the involved parties were injured as a result of the incident.
