Troopers Seek Assistance in Locating Burglary Suspect

Wilmington – Delaware State Police detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Keith B. Gibson, 37, who is wanted in connection with a pair of burglaries which occurred in August, at the Tri-State Mall, located at 333 Naaman’s Road, Wilmington.

Gibson who is 6’00’ tall and weighs 210 lbs., has ties to New Castle and Chester, Pennsylvania, but is believed to be homeless at this time. He is also known to use a bicycle as his primary means of transportation.

Gibson has active warrants on file for two counts each of Burglary 3rd Degree and Conspiracy 2nd Degree as well as single counts of Possession of Burglary Tools, Theft Greater than $1500.00, Criminal Mischief Greater than $5000, and Criminal Mischief Less than $1000.00.
