Lincoln – State Troopers continue to operate on Johnson Road. The subject continues to remain barricaded inside the residence.

The Delaware State Police Special Operations Response Team and Conflict Management Teams are attempting to make contact with the male subject and are continuing to attempt to persuade him to surrender.

Residents in the area remain evacuated and Johnson Road between US113 and North Old State Road remain closed.
