Bear– The Delaware State Police are releasing the names of the 61-year-old female operator as Jacquelyn Scott-Crothers and the 74 year old male passenger that died in the fatal crash east of Bear, as John Crothers.

This crash remains under investigation by the Collision Reconstruction Unit.
