Update – Victim / Vehicle Identified State Police Investigating Fatal Pedestrian Hit-and-Run Crash in Wilmington

The Delaware State Police has identified 40-year-old Serina White, of Dallas, Texas, as the woman who died in the fatal pedestrian hit-and-run crash Sunday in Wilmington.

Investigators located and identified the suspect vehicle as a maroon 2011 Nissan Altima.

The Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate this crash. Investigators are asking anyone who witnessed the crash, has surveillance or dash-camera footage, or has relevant information about the vehicle involved, to contact Corporal K.
