Detectives Seek Public’s Assistance Identifying Suspect for Dover Walmart Robbery

The Delaware State Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect pictured above for an ongoing robbery investigation that occurred Monday evening at a Dover Walmart.

On November 27, 2023, at approximately 8:11 p.m., troopers responded to a report of a robbery at the Walmart located at 36 Jerome Drive in Dover. Upon arriving, troopers learned that an unknown man approached an employee at the Money Services desk and demanded money while implying he had a firearm. The victim complied, and the suspect fled in a silver Nissan Altima (pictured below) with an undisclosed amount of cash. Responding troopers were unable to locate him or the vehicle following the incident.

The suspect is described as an older black male of average height and weight. He was last seen wearing a green jacket, black knit hat, grey Under Armour hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, white sneakers, and a surgical face mask. The Nissan has damage to the rear on the right passenger side and bears an unknown temporary registration.

Delaware State Police Troop 3 Criminal Investigations Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect and the suspect vehicle as they continue to investigate this robbery. Anyone with information regarding this case is asked to contact Detective P. Campbell by calling (302) 698-8504. Information may also be provided by sending a private Facebook message to the Delaware State Police or contacting Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-847-3333.
