Delaware State Police have identified Terrance Frisby, 20, of Georgetown, as the victim of the homicide at Dunbarton Apartments on February 27, 2023.

The Homicide Unit is still investigating this incident. Detectives are asking anyone with information regarding this case to contact Detective B. McDerby by calling 302-741-2821.
