Notice of Increased Police Presence- New Castle Area

New Castle – Delaware State Police are currently conducting a suspected homicide investigation involving a male victim. As a result, an increased police presence will be seen in the area of New Castle Avenue and West Avenue. At this time this investigation is in the very early stages and additional information will be released once it becomes available.
