Wilmington – Delaware State Police have identified the motorcyclist who died in the crash on southbound Interstate 95 on October 15, 2021, as Dominique A. McLaughlin, 27 of Chester, Pennsylvania.
This crash remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police Troop 2 Crash Reconstruction Unit.
