Middletown– Delaware State Police have identified the name of the of the individual who died in a crash on August 19, 2020, on Saint Augustine Beach Road south of 6th Street, Middletown, as 59-year-old Jacob F. Baker, 3^rd of Townsend, DE.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
