*Update – Victim Identified* State Police Investigating Fatal Pedestrian Hit-and-Run Crash in Milford

The Delaware State Police has identified 74-year-old Richard Bielawski of Harrington, Delaware, as the man who died in a fatal pedestrian hit-and-run crash on Monday in Milford.

The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate this crash. Troopers are asking anyone who witnessed this crash or has information to contact Master Corporal W. Booth at (302) 698-8451. Information may also be provided by sending a private Facebook message to the Delaware State Police or contacting Delaware Crime Stoppers at (800) 847-3333.
