The Delaware State Police are investigating a fatal E-Bike crash that occurred on Monday in Dover.
On March 2, 2026, at approximately 1:45 p.m., a Chevrolet Cobalt was traveling northbound in the left lane on DuPont Highway (US 13) north of POW/MIA Parkway in Dover. At the same time, an Aniioki AQ-177 E-Bike entered the edge of the right lane of DuPont Highway from an unknown location.
