State Police Arrest Dover Woman for 5th Offense DUI

The Delaware State Police arrested 59-year-old Jacquelline Bolden, of Dover, Delaware, for felony 5th offense DUI, and related traffic charges, following a traffic stop Monday night in Dover.
On March 2, 2026, at approximately 10:25 p.m., a trooper saw a Chevrolet Tahoe traveling northbound on South DuPont Highway near Walnut Shade Road with a registration violation. The trooper pulled the Tahoe over and spoke to the driver, identified as Jacquelline Bolden, who showed multiple signs of impairment. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered, and after the tests, she was arrested for driving under the influence.
A computer check showed that Bolden had four prior DUI-related convictions.
Bolden was taken to Troop 3, where she was charged with the offenses listed below, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 11, and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on a $6,600 secured bond.

- Driving with an Expired Licenses
- Failure to Have Required Insurance
- Fictitious or Canceled Registration
