Delaware State Police arrested 64-year-old Timothy Wolak, of Lewes, Delaware, for vehicular assault, DUI, and related charges following a three-vehicle crash that occurred in Harbeson on Friday.

On October 31, 2025, at approximately 3:45 p.m., troopers responded to a collision on Hollymount Road, near Scottie Run. The preliminary investigation revealed that a Cadillac CT4 was traveling eastbound on Hollymount Road, near Scottie Run. The driver of the Durango, a 32-year-old woman from Georgetown, Delaware, did not report any injuries.

The roadway was closed for approximately one hour while the scene was investigated and cleared.
