State Police Detectives Investigating Shooting in Lincoln

Delaware State Police Detectives are investigating a shooting that occurred last night in Lincoln.

On March 9, 2025, at approximately 9:25 p.m., troopers responded to the area of Cubbage Drive and Cedar Drive in Lincoln for a report of shooting. When troopers arrived, they found a 24-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The investigation is active and ongoing.

Delaware State Police Troop 4 Criminal Investigations Unit continues to investigate this incident. Detectives are asking anyone with further information regarding this case is asked to contact Detective W. Saylor by calling 302-752-3897. Information may also be provided by sending a private Facebook message to the Delaware State Police or contacting Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-847-3333.
