Delaware State Police are investigating a road rage incident involving a gun that occurred yesterday on I-95 in Wilmington.
On March 7, 2025, at approximately 12:50 p.m., troopers responded to the 900 block of Concord Avenue in Wilmington, for a report of a road rage incident involving a gun that occurred on I-95. The preliminary investigation revealed that a 48-year-old male victim, was traveling on the 141 ramp for I-95 northbound. At the same time, a U-Haul box truck, driven by an unknown black male suspect, was tailgating the victim. The victim applied the brakes, and the suspect slowed, then pulled next to the victim. The two were engaged in an argument when the suspect pointed a gun at him and sped away. The victim was not hurt.
Troopers continue to investigate this incident and are asking anyone who witnessed this incident or has information to please contact Trooper J. Mulford at Troop 1 by calling 302-761-6677.
