Delaware State Police have identified the victim who was found deceased in Lincoln on July 31, 2022 as Jose Santiago-Zamora Jimenez, 40, of Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Delaware State Police Homicide Unit is actively investigating this incident. Detectives are asking anyone with information regarding this case to contact Detective A.
