Milton– Delaware State Police have identified the individual who died in a motor vehicle crash on January 1, 2022, on Lewes-Georgetown Highway (Route 9) west of Hudson Road, as Ryan Carbajal, 17, of Georgetown, DE.

The investigation remains on-going.
