WilmingtonDelaware State Police have identified the individual who died in a fatal pedestrian crash on December 29, 2021, at the intersection of Limestone Road (Route 7) and Milltown Road, as Rylee Spahn, 13, of Smyrna, DE.

This collision remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit. Anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has information on the vehicle involved, is asked to contact Corporal/2 Calio at 302-365-8483. Information may also be provided by calling Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333 or via the internet at http://www.delaware.crimestoppers.com.
