Smyrna, DE- Delaware State Police have identified the individual who died during a two-car fatal motor vehicle collision on November 29, 2021, as Natalja T. Hines, 51, of Clayton, DE. 

This collision remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police Troop 3 Collision Reconstruction Unit.
