**UPDATE #3-Arrest Made** Police Activity on Airport Road – New Castle

New Castle – The Delaware State Police have arrested Christopher S. Burnett, 34 of Statesboro, Georgia.

Burnett was charged with Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Receiving Stolen Property Over $1500 (the GMC Terrain), Criminal Mischief Over $5000 (ramming the patrol vehicle), Resisting Arrest with Force, and Reckless Endangering 2nd.

He was arraigned bedside at Christiana Medical Center by a Judge from JP11 and is in the custody of the Delaware Department of Correction on $58,000.00 cash bond. No mugshot is currently available for Burnett.
