Delaware State Police Conducting Criminal Investigation – Concord Mall

North Wilmington – Delaware State Police are currently conducting a criminal investigation in the area of the Concord Mall. As a result, there is an increased police presence in the area and mall entrances are currently closed. This investigation is in the early stages and is active and ongoing. Additional information will be released once it becomes available.
