Troopers Seek Public’s Assistance Identifying Burglary Suspect- Sussex County

Lewes, DE- Delaware State Police is seeking the public’s assistance identifying a subject wanted in connection to a commercial burglary.

On August 19, 2021, at approximately 12:07 a.m., Delaware State Police responded to the Uncle Willies BP Gas Station located at 17581 Coastal Highway, Lewes, for a burglary to the business. During the burglary the suspect made entry into the business and stole merchandise before fleeing the area.

The suspect is described as a black male, wearing camo shorts, yellow hooded sweatshirt, and black sneakers. He was traveling in a silver or gray colored Cadillac Deville.
