Wilmington- Delaware State Police have identified the individual who died in a fatal crash on August 22, 2021, as 25-year-old Cecilia Teresa Escobar Duplan of New Castle, DE.

This collision remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit. Anyone with information should contact Detective Breen by calling 302-365-8486.
