Dover, DE- Delaware State Police have identified the victim who died in a single vehicle collision on Friday, July 30, 2021, as Natalio Victor Ramirez Ortiz, 48, of Dover.

This collision remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police Troop 3 Collision Reconstruction Unit. Anyone with information regarding the crash should contact Sgt.
