New Castle, DE- Delaware State Police are issuing a traffic advisory for northbound North DuPont Parkway at East Basin Road northbound on-ramp. The roadway is currently closed for a single vehicle accident involving an overturned tractor trailer. The roadway will be closed for an extended period of time while the scene is cleared. Motorists should seek alternate routes of travel to avoid travel delays.
