Little Heaven, DE- Delaware State Police have identified the victim who died in a fatal collision on Bay Road, on Saturday, June 26, 2021, as Nathaniel Montgomery,63, of Rock Hall, MD.

This collision remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police Troop 3 Collision Reconstruction Unit. Anyone with information regarding this incident should contact Cpl/3 Joseph Lane by calling 302-697-4454.
