Milford- Delaware State Police is seeking the public’s assistance with identifying the suspect wanted in connection to a shooting incident on April 26, 2021.
At approximately 7:07 p.m., troopers responded to the 6000 block of Slaughter Beach Road for reports of shots fired at a residence. The investigation determined two individuals were inside the home when a vehicle drove by and fired several rounds in the direction of their residence. An examination of the crime scene revealed at least four rounds struck the home. One of the rounds entered through the east wall, traveled through the living room, and hit an object sitting in the living room. The female resident was sitting in the living room at the time the incident occurred but was uninjured.
Through the investigation, detectives have identified the driver of the vehicle wanted in connection to this incident. He is described as a black male, approximately 25-35 years old, with black facial hair. He wore a black baseball-style hat and a black hooded sweatshirt and operated an older model white Nissan Murano with a license plate holder on the front bumper. Also in the vehicle during the incident were three other male suspects.
