Viola- Delaware State Police has identified the victim who died in a single vehicle fatal collision early Sunday morning as 17-year-old Kayleanna N. Riddle of Camden-Wyoming, DE.
This collision remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police Troop 3 Collision Reconstruction Unit. Anyone with information regarding this incident should contact Cpl/3 W.
