Georgetown- Delaware State Police have identified the individual who died in the fatal motor vehicle collision on February 3, 2021, as 30-year-old Angel M. Ruark of Seaford, DE.

The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit continue to investigate this incident. Anyone with information regarding this collision should contact Cpl/1 Ryan Albert with the Delaware State Police Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit by calling 302.644-5020.
