*UPDATE #1* Delaware State Police Conducting Homicide Investigation- Seaford

Seaford- Delaware State Police is investigating a homicide that occurred early Saturday morning.

On January 23, 2021, at approximately 6:40 a.m., troopers responded to a residence on Park Circle in the Mobile Gardens Community for a reported shooting. The investigation determined a 28-year-old male had been shot during the incident and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The identification of the victim is pending notification to the next of kin.

This investigation remains active and ongoing. The Delaware State Police Homicide Unit is currently investigating this incident and seeking the public’s assistance with providing any suspect or witness information.
