New Castle– Delaware State Police have identified the name of the individual who died in a crash on December 07, 2020 on River Road (Route 9) south of Malcolm Forest Road, New Castle, as 63-year-old Joseph Grosso of Delaware City, DE.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
