Wilmington – Delaware State Police have identified 40-year-old, Leah Baldwin of Wilmington, as the pedestrian who was killed in a hit and run motor vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 9:25 p.m., Saturday, November 21,2020, on Naamans Road in the area of Marsh Road.
